The main aim of the projec was to streamline the company current operation by reviewing and redesigning its current business operation and processes, and to design and customize an effective, efficiency, centralized and integrated solution to automate and streamline all its processes. It included the entire order processing and service fulfillment requirements as well as to establish a strong foundation to support its customers and continuous growth.
The entire solution include the following sub-systems :
(a) BackOffice Operation Management System (BOM) - A complete backoffice system that supports all main backoffice operations. This make up the main backbone to support all HQ administration and operational challenges.
(b) Mobile Staff System (MSS) - A comprehensive Staff Self-Service System which streamline most of the communications, coordination and collaboration needed to ensure that Jobs assigned can be conducted in a timely and accurate manner. Hence, minimizing operational requirements and enhance Customer service and overall operational morale of the frontline team. The MSS will be integrated with the BackOffice Operation Management System. The features will
(c) Customer Service Management System (CSMS) - A mobile web application that helps to streamline the way businesses is done with the Customers. Customers are able to raise Job Requests more easily and manage and track the status of all Jobs and ensure all requests are fulfilled with highest level of satisfaction.
(d) Partners Management System (PMS) - A complete system that linkup and streamline the operation with the 3rd Party Service Provider. This enables business scalability through offerring of more products and services with partners.
